Looks like a neck plate in the photo of the bag of bits. Close up of that with serial number would help shed some light?

(1) very sloppy paint job in the routed areas, which I know EBMM is much nicer
(2) why on earth would they not have the neck and pickups???

Yeah, careful, he won't tell me the SN on the neckplate.

It looks like a re-finish. Look at the holes for the pots etc. They would have been counter sunk from the factory. Hmmmm green EVH's are rare. I should paint this and make (in a Dr. Evil voice) ONE MILLION DOLLARS!

The bridge is legit, but it's a new one without the offset saddles like the original guitars had.

Ripoff IMO

I finally got a responce...It looks like he is admitting the parts are stolen.

There is no serial number. If the body and bridge came out the back door and never were assembled why would there be a serial number? I bought it from a former EBMM employee.

I emailed him again asking him to look at the neckplate in the bag of parts for the serial #

I should ask him who the employee was, but I doubt he would tell me.

Bad mojo, that's not good. But with EvilBay, there's a sucker registering every minute.

I hope so too, but chances are it'll sell. You could always email all of the people that bid and let them know the deal. There's always more than one way to skin a cat. :)

if he did email the potential buyers there is a process in place where ebay can suspend you for spamming them, even though your'e helping them. Has happened to a few people i've seen, the seller can even leave bad feedback where there isnt even a transaction. best to just let suckers be suckers, and hope none of them hang out here.
