Questions about the new JP F1

I promise to be short on this one...

I recall BP said that EBMM will start to take orders for the new JP when NAMM (18/01) starts, does this include orders through deallers aboard? Or orders are only accepted over the EBMM NAMM counter?

Another thing, I remember in BP's particular post, they are other colors to choose from too?
