Is there any way possible way to get "Translucent Teal" on a EBMM Guitar? I noticed they only had that particular color on basses. Im sorry if this is a dumb question, but I love that color

I think your sources are correct. I thought maybe on an Albert Lee but "no go" according to the website. I love Trans Teal as well and own a 93 TT Silo. I think part of the reason is that so many of the guitars are made from alder and basswood which doesn't always have a grain pattern that would accommodate a trans color. AL's are still made from ash.
Interesting that it's available only on the basses which are also ash.
I think it's a good question and if more clarification is necessary, I'm sure some one will be along with that shortly.
