Thanks for the kind words. This was a benefit we do for Autistic kids every year. Bob Bradshaw's son is autistic and we come to support! This was the Baked Potato maybe 2-3 years ago?? Great band, Toss Pano's drums, Jimmy Johnson bass, Jeff babko Keys and me and Mikey. No rehearsals just jam band tunes. ALOT of fun and raised a good amount of $$ for the cause!
Mike and I have played together since we were like 11-12 years old! He is one of my VERY favorite musicians and we pushed each other hard when we were young. Healthy compitition but always great friends. He is one of my very favorite guitar players of all time and he doesnt get enough credit in my opinion! BUT he is very successful in his own right and catch him live if you can and dig his records or go see him with James Taylor etc..
He is my fave guitar player to play with cause we know each other so well and grew musically and physically together, had alot of "first experiences" together" when we were young. ( NO , not THOSE kind of experiences you knuckleheads haha) but musical and life ones. We always jam but rarely have we performed live together in the past decade or so.
