I just got back from the GC in Nashville, where they have a Reflex and a seafoam/mint green HH AL in stock. The Reflex to me is the AXIS SS perfected. The arm contour really makes it comfortable to play, and the switching really squeezes out the available tones.

The HH AL is just better than sex. That guitar is a rock machine!!! It positively oozed tone, before I ever plugged it in.

I didn't buy, or at least i haven't yet. I'll have to see how good Uncle Sam is to us. But, if you guys get the chance, try them and buy them!!!

Tony, I was just in Nashville this week and played the very same two guitars. I enjoyed the AL, but the Reflex just does it for me. Did you play the Black Magic Crystal Axis? That's a cool color.

They also had a White JP6 with all Rosewood neck as well.

The Reflex doesn't have the Venetian Redburst paint, and the pickups don't have the chrome covers. Other than those two things, it's the same as the 25th.

I wish we got some EBMM love in the Des Moines Guitar Center... I can't wait to try them out!
