Hello. As you can see I joined the forum a while ago. Unfortunately I've mainly just lurked around. You guys seem like a good bunch and I'd like to introduce myself.

I'm just a hobbyist in the Portland, OR area. Bought a Reflex a few years ago while looking for an LP. Walked into GC and they happened to be having this ridiculous sale. The Reflex was the last thing I picked up. Couldn't wait to go back and purchase. My only regret is I couldn't afford another Music Man at the same time. If I knew what I know now I would have made it happen.

Here's my question. Why don't I see much about the Reflex's on the forums? I see most other models but anything on Reflex is rare. What am I missing?

Welcome! You're not missing a thing- the Reflex is killer. It's an amazing guitar. For some reason it doesn't get as much discussion around here as many of the sig models.

It was first introduced as the 25th Anniversary guitar (with a different finish), then it became a production model.

Music Man artist Dean Wells raves about the Reflex more so than any other in his arsenal. Check out this video of Dean. It will inspire you to search more similar videos on youtube:

The other models get attention because signature models (the JP line are the biggest selling signature guitars, apparently). But the Reflex is a stunning guitar. Personally, I'd go for the Game Changer version, like Brad Whitford did!

Well thanks for the responses. I'm considering a Game Changer actually. Only thing that sucks is it's the same exact finish. My reflex has zebras or I'd get them confused.
