A lot of the newer model guitars and basses don't even have Ernie Ball on them anymore. I know none of the Bongos do.

Except the MM guitar company wasn't bought by a bigger corporation, hasn't lost quality, wasn't then sold and rebuiilt only to be mostly made in Mexico.

And I'm not selling my "rare" EBMM - you'll have to get a MM and like it.

well i have 2 ebmm's and a 3rd (AXIS) on the way , i dont care if they say Sterling Mans/MM/EBMM it wont change the playability or the Quality of the product
