Help! regular slinky to skinny top heavy bottom

Hi guys i have an ESP viper stndard series and till now i have regular slinky. Today i bought skinny top heavy bottom to have more bass tone in some metalcore songs than i use to play but also to have a very good tone for solos. I wonder if i must make any changes on my guitar on the bridge or anywhere else to have these new strings. If i must please help me saying what i must do and of course if i have the abillity to do this on my own

Not to the bridge or nut. However, some tweaking to the truss rod (tension variance), possibly some to saddle height adjustment (action), and finally yes to intonation.
