The bass I play has Jack's signature on it. LOL. It is getting pretty funky

Same here. If I ever manage to really get into the funk I will torture you with that :D.

Playing with others is the best thing to keep the fun. Good to see you got that back too Jack.

I find it hard to get myself to practice after work and after the wife and the kids are in bed. I am playing in two bands, but they really are in a constant on and of hiatus since we all have families, real life jobs etc..

The stuff some of you guys around here are doing is what motivates me to pick up a bass late at night and try to learn new things.

EBMM's motivate me to work harder on my technique. I bought a couple earlier this year and also switched from 4-strings to 5. People at church love the sound I'm making and several other bass players have switched to EBMM's as a result.
