Is it possible to repair the finish on a headstock? My JP6 in Pearl Redburst has a big old gouge (broke my heart when it happened) and I'd like to get it fixed.

That sucks ... tragically not an uncommon problem.
EBMM doesn't do refinish work, except for warantee claims. Best bet is really to learn to live with it. Or you can try auto touch up paint, etc. if you can't live with it.
