Replacement E.B./MM Decal- Greg?

Needing some information. I'm in the process of repainting a "E.B./MM Stingray" to seafoam green w/ matching headstock. Can I buy a "replacement decal" for the headstock from Ernie Ball? or If I send in the serial number, will they re-issue a decal?
I hate to have a cool looking stingray without the E.B./MM logo! Any answers greatly appreciated.

We don't currently use decals. The headstocks are silk screened.
