Guys, I noticed that the neck plate on my SS has split, due I think, to the screws being over tightened when I had it refretted.

Can I get a new one ?

I'm the original owner of the guitar and can provide proof of purchase if needed

I e mailed customer support but got no reply. :confused:

I don't see why they wouldn't make you another one. They would probably make you send the broken one back.

I'd be happy to return the old one,

This is a genuine issue, but I'm frustrated that I've had no replies to my e mails

Interesting. Could just be that they've been pretty busy.

Email isn't always the best route. I'd give them a call next week when they're open. You usually get to a person pretty quickly, not like you'll be stuck on hold a long time.

Well for us poor Europeans, it's not so easy to phone. Besides, for if you don't speak very well english, it's easier to write a mail.
Wolf5150 is from South Wales, I'm not sure he knows how to speak english :p

Hah! Funny.

Yeah, I realize it's a pain to call. But if you don't get a response from email, what else can you do. At least it's likely a short call.
