Does anyone if it is possible to source replacement neckplates? I've just got a used Silo Special and there's a crack on the neckplate, which I'd like to replace.

You can. I had same issue with the same model and this is what EBMM CS told me:
"Replacement neck plates for your are part #M05242. These are $50.00 each plus $4.99 shipping (USA).
We've attached a parts return form below.
Please fill this out, then send your original neck plate to the address listed at the bottom of the form.
Once we've received this original neck plate, we can process your order and send you the replacement."
The replacement will not have the original serial number either. So I opted not to and didn't give a second thought to the plate cracks after that. I was just careful to not overtighten the neck screws to make the issue worse.
