Replacement nut to hold guitar jack in place for Axis

I just moved and in the process i pulled out my Ibanez Tube Screamer and the nut was missing on one side, a week later i pull out my Musicman Axis and the nut holding the output jack is missing...is this an epidemic?

Anyway, is this something I should be able to buy somewhere or i need to go to Ernie ball? The nut on the tube screamer is not the same size as the one on the Guitar...so at least those are not interchangeable
