Hello. I have a concern. If I Buy a Music Man Petrucci Model, where can I purchase replacement parts
like the tremolo for example, this is my doubt before buy a MM Petrucci Model. Thanks in advance.
MM sells replacement parts directly, or through distributors outside the US. For proprietary parts (necks, bridges, etc.) you have to return the old parts first before getting a replacement.
Thanks for the info. I had emailed MM about buying a black JP tremolo, but they advised that they didn't sell them. Can you only get a replacement if the original was damaged or will they accept the original in trade regardless of the reason?
Also, does anyone know if MM will sell the JP control knobs?
I bought 3 JP control knobs, with the grip part, to replaced the three Strat style which were on my JP7 that I found on the Bay. I just gave the S/N, and paid the shipping cost of course (plus the price of the knob...). John Quinn were very kind with me. John, if you read this, I love you ^^
Off topic : I always had some very nice contact with EBMM crew, AJ here with us every day, Beth (a long time ago), Drew, John (man....), and BP off course. What a nice company we have here. Btw, if you're looking for a designer on Pro/E (or Creo), I'm your man ^^
Thanks for the info. I have a JP50 that I absolutely love, but the body was destroyed near the bridge cavity. Would MM sell me a replacement if I sent mine in?

The JP50 is made and distributed by Sterling by Music Man, not Ernie Ball Music Man. So no, Music Man won't sell you a replacement JP Body. SBMM might (though I doubt it). Couldn't hurt to ask.
