Replacement Pickguard

Does anyone know if it's possible to order a new pickguard?

I really wanted a blue MM Sterling bass with black pickguard, but found out I would have to wait about 4 months to have one custom ordered. Instead, I bought the only MM Sterling in the store, a purple bass with ugly white pickguard. I wouldn't mind the purple so much if I could at least replace the pickguard.

I ordered one from Basscentral about 3 months ago. It was for a Stingray 5. I think they had a few different colors available..

As mentioned in a few other posts, the PGs sell for $20 US a piece for all models. You should be able to order them through any dealer of EB products, so I'd simply suggest ordering it through a local store.

Thanks, Masamax. That's probably a good idea. I notice that you're also in the Great White North, and you're probably aware of the problems that sometimes come up with shipping stuff over the border. I'll ask my local music store what they can do.
