I have a 2013 Luke 3 that I bought used a month ago. After 10 or so cycles of the push/push tone pot, it failed open. I want to replace both of the pots on the guitar but have no idea where to find them (25k CTS sized pots with non-knurled shafts are apparently incredibly rare).

Has anyone had any luck with this? Bonus points if there's a way to get the push/push from EBMM or somewhere else.

I don't think it's a CTS part... probably Alpha or Bourns.
Also, it's mounted directly to the PCB.

Sorry everyone!

I can't tell what they are but they are CTS diameters, not Alpha.

I contacted customer support, hopefully they can assist.

The buffer is active, the pickups are passive.

I thought the tone control was 500k as well. But the volume is post-buffer, so it's 25k. But customer service would know for sure. (And be able to help you with a replacement.)

Yep, I just got out the multimeter and pulled the boost board - the tone pot is 500k. It's unmarked so I assumed it was the same as the volume pot, which is marked as being 25k

We'll see what Customer Service has to say. Thanks for the help!

Customer service can get you the part, almost certainly.

I also must say, that finish is AMAZING. I am massively jealous. WOW.

Thanks tbone! I am really happy with how lucky I got with this guitar. I'm a die hard PRS guy but this thing is amazing.

I've been going back and forth with customer service the last couple days and I'm really happy with how thorough and responsive they've been given that it's a used instrument.

I have no way of knowing for sure but it looks like it based on other pics of the Bali Burst guitars.

Build code is 919-LQ-DR-00-CS-CR but I don't know how to translate any of that.

Thanks for that @WillyD, can you tell me if this has a normal Luke 3 neck carve or is it different? I remember playing an original Luke way back when they came out and hating the neck. This one seems way closer to a Valentine neck carve than I remember the L1 being.

You're welcome, the neck carve would be the same for all Luke models, a soft v.
Note that the final sanding is done by hand and can vary slightly.
The neck option I was referring to was regarding the material; solid rosewood.
