replacement volume pot 2015 Luke III

On my 2015 Luke IIII, my volume pot will not stay down. It's "stuck" in the boosted position. Disappointing, but it is what it is. I submitted an online request to EBMM yesterday morning around 8:00 am CST & have not gotten a response as of Tuesday morning. I'd like to replace the pot with an original EBMM pot & would like to know if there are any substitute versions of equal quality that I could get from another gtr parts source. I need the values of the pot if anyone knows this. What's the value for the tone pot?

I'm seriously considering removing the preamp circuit & replacing the stock volume/tone pots so that my control knobs are like those on any stock Fender Strat. I've never been a fan of the dome knobs on any gtr I've owned. Just my personal preference.
I would very much appreciate any assistance asap.

Also, anyone know of a bag that does not trigger the volume pot when closed? I have 2 Reunion Blues Continental gtr bags & they close so tightly that the volume knob is pressed down & thus activated, in "boosted" position every time I open the bag.

1) you probably just need to adjust the height of the knob on the post to allow proper operation. This has perplexed many people.

2) CALL EBMM..... they will take care of you.

Update 07/26/2016 @ 1:55 CST. Got the reply from EBMM C.S. Supplied serial number & zipcode. Waiting on further instructions.
To test the pot's functioning, I removed the knob & the pot will not stay engaged 100% of the time. Same behavior if I replace the knob back onto the shaft. Does the knob need to sit at a specific spot, like a few mm's from the base or can it ride higher on the shaft? (Love my LUKE III)
