It may sound silly, but maybe the asking price was too low? Sometimes, potential buyers are scared away if a deal seems "too good to be true", because they fear hidden problems.

Naturally, I hope you have your usual luck , since moving one time too often is less of a hassle than being a bassless homeless!

PS: Yeah, 136k$ would get you a nice garage around here as well... if you want a house, make that times ten... not too many (young) people who can afford that.

Not here $350,000 is the average house. We have been completely priced out of the market! It's sad when you have an income of over $70,000 per year but can't afford a place to live!

This is a sore spot for me, sorry for the vent/hijack.

It really sucks you couldn't sell your condo, have a problem here where we have 10,000 for sale listings through reality in a city with a population of about a million people. We have private people carying 2 mortgages because they bought a new house and can't sell there old one.
