*whimper*

If I didn't have a son due in January, this would already have my name on it, and I'd have a tattoo on my thigh honoring Dargie and BP for releasing it.

I've got a 40th birthday coming up in about 15 months. I'll have to hope for something as cool at that time...

Haha you got 18 years or more before you can ever think of a new bass since you own the white whale.

LOL

Inlays?

Are all roasted Bongos being produced with dot inlays instead of their distinctive "half-moon/crescent" markers, or is this just a decision that was made for this one-off 6er?

Also, is this 6er considered "shelf-stock" yet?

This may or may not answer your question but- all the rosewood neck Bongo BFR's had dots vs cresents, so I would think these will follow that premise.

Sorry to get back to you so late - haven't logged in in a few days...

Thanks for the reply. If it is the case, then that's cool - I actually like the dot inlays on that 6er A LOT.

nice bass

gorgeous for sure

but I for one am disappointed the roasted neck on the Bongo appears to have a glossy coat. When I first saw the roasted necks a while ago I thought, "cool, now I could get a Bongo with a gunstock oil finish like a Stingray or Sterling"

oh well. Still looks amazing
