Rob Baker (Tragically Hip) playing Silhouette Special now!

Looks like the Hip's Rob Baker has jumped on the train guys! Apparently, he's playing a Silhouette Special this tour - he's a long-time Tele player, but I guess someone finally introduced him to the next step up. Nice to see the guitars getting some exposure with a these guys - just a great band! they deserve a great guitar!

Hi guys,

Its been a while but I thought I would chime in from time to time. My regards to Scott "Dargin" Ball and the Unsung Hero.

I was just with Rob Baker and the Hip Wednesday night in LA. I had a really good time.
I must say the Tragically Hip were great hosts and a good bunch of guys. All very humble and accomodating. Rob is very happy with his Silhouette Specials and apprecitive that we are working together. He refers to his Black Silhouette Special as "Sigfried" and His White one as "Roy".

Rob explained that his dad bought him a guitar back in 1972 and has used it ever since. He decided to retire this guitar for sentimental reasons and our Canadian rep suggested the Silhouette Special. Rob said he found the perfect replacements and could not be happier.

I think we may have to increase production of the Sil Spc for our Canadian friends......
