Rosewood fingerboard

Hi all,

I would buy a new luke II from musicstore.
My favorite guitar has any "grooves" at the second fret (see pic).

Are this grooves a "normal rosewood-grain"?
What do you think?
Do you have also pics from your rosewood fingerboard and want her to publish?

Yes this is normal , just give the rosewood a little lemon oil from time to time.

Don´t compare it to ebony fingerboards -grain - it´s totally different in grain since it has nearly none and f.exapl. G****n stains them additional to that.
