So I have a quick question about this. In another thread BP said there was going to be a Purple Majesty. Does that mean that this color is no longer a one-off? Or will the new Purple be a slightly different color. I would like to know, since part of the reason I bought it was because it was a one-off... Any info would be awesome, thanks!

I'm sorry if you only bought it because it's a one-off, but I'm really hoping they make it a production color! It really suits the Majesty very well and I'm only hoping they release this color in order to buy one! Though I have a feeling the purple BP talked about may be part of the Artisan series (I hope I'm wrong about this haha!).

Oh I would be lying if I said I only bought it because it was a one-off. I like purple guitars so it was a no-brainer for me. And I definitely am not saying I want it to remain a one-off so others can't have the color, I'm just a huge Petrucci and EBMM fan, so its got a special place in my collection and I want it to remain special!

Hahaha, totally get your point! Anyhow, it'll always be special, it'll always be the first Royal Purple ever made (if they do get around to making it a production color), and also one of the first Majesty guitars ever made! I also love purple guitars, so I'd be glad if I can avoid refinishing my future Majesty! By the way, you haven't made a proper NGD thread about it yet, have you?

Unfortunately, I'm working way more than I should right now (its the middle of the semester and I've got 130 students) and I haven't had time to play it let alone photograph it. I'll try to get some pics soon (if the weather will allow)!
