S.U.B. Bass wanted

My daughter has her heart set on a 4 string SUB bass. It must be red and it must be in at least near mint condition. Will consider new, please advise as to who the best dealers are. All help is greatly appreciated.

They've been discontinued, so they're probably not easy to find. You'd probably have better luck at the Music Man Bass forum too.

New Jersey Guitar and Bass Center is a good place to look. They have a ton of Music Man stuff, and when I was there, I saw a SUB bass, not in red though. I'd give them a try, because they might not have had them all on display. The guy said they had 11 Petruccis in stock, but only one on display, so I'd check out their website.
