I just bought a Sabre in Blue Dream (wow!), which I keep seeing listed as a "special edition" color. In some places it is listed as being from the BFR line but can find no photo of it in EBMM BFR photo galleries. I was hoping to learn the specifics and clarify a few things, such as how limited an edition? Is there a story behind it? Is it a BFR offering? And any other information about the instrument that an owner might want to know. Thanks!

I both started this thread and contacted EBMM in hopes of finding out more. MM responded, the answer to my question was:
"This particular model was built for Guitar Center as a special Dealer Exclusive. They subsequently labeled as a BFR when they posted it for sale. It isn't technically a BFR, but it is an exclusive finish."
