Sabre in Stingray tolex G&G case?

I got an email from G&G cases that they have Stingray cases available but not for a Sabre. They had told me before that they no longer made cases for MM. I thought that the Stingray and Sabre bodies were the same size/shape. Anyone know if my 89' Sabre would fit the Stingray case?

The bodies are not the same size or shape. I'll check when I get home if my Sabre fits in my Stingray's case...

my sabre fits nicely in my MM stingray molded plastic case. it also fits into a sterling case but you have make it work.

I don't know where I got that idea from but I now realize they are not the same size or shape. The Sabre is narrower. It could still work but it is hard to tell without seeing one in person.
