Sabre question

I found an ad in a local paper where this guy is selling a mid 80's Saber model for $250. The ad say's it's in good condition, but is this a good price for that model if it is in good shape?

The Sabre is pre EBMM, I think if you do a Google search there is a site dedicated to Sabre's.
