Lots of people NOW say they loved the Sabres.

Well, there's a new dual humbucker Musicman bass out there, and it has a much better preamp than the Sabre and is much more ergonomic....not to mention that you can get a 5 string model.

You know what it's called and so so I, do don't make me say 'Bongo' again.

Have you played a Bongo yet? Once you play one, it looks a hell of a lot better. I first saw them on the website, and was appauled, yet intrigued by it's tonal capabilites. I went to a local guitar shop, and it didn't look near as bad in person. Then I played it, and my opinion of it's appearance was swayed. Soon after that, I ordered one of my own! Just give it a shot and I promise you'll change your mind about it.

I did get the chance to try one and although it sounded nice, its' design left a lot to be disired for me.

1. does this mean I will become a bongo?

A: All worlds, cultures, technologies, bassists and some of the more clever arthropods will be assimilated into the Borngo Collective.

2. Will spong bob become Ricky Martin?

A. This Spong Bob - what is this?

3. Will I smile out my poopy?

A. This, of course, is heavily dependent on diet.

4. Does a Bongo sound like doody?

A. Like, um, "Howdy Doody" I have been involved with
serious experimentation with the Bongo EQ and have yet to get a true "Howdy Doody" tone from either the four or five string.

5. Will spong bob soak up my Bongo?

A. If this so-called Spong Bob character is in close enough proximity to a Desert Gold Bongo, it will soak up some of the healing rays emitted by the finish.

6. Will my Bongo eat ME??

A. Under extreme environmental conditions, the Bongo headstock can morph into a shark-like apparatus. Proceed with caution.

7 Why do big words make me so nervous..?

A. The doctor says you need to cut down on the caffeine.

Spong Bob is more fun to say than Sponge Bob... Kinda like how TRAMBOMPALINE is more fun to say than trampoline. Well, to me it is.
