Sadly, my Natural 1994 SR5 up for auction (w/ sound clips!)

Hello Friends.

Sadly, finances dictate that I must sell my not-so-often-played-anymore 1994 Natural StingRay5. :( I know I'll probably regret it, but hey, I'll probably buy a single H Bongo to replace her.

Anyway, in celebration of her long years of service to me, I put some links in the auction to some mp3s that feature her. :)

Check 'em out (and feel free to bid!):

Thanks,
Adam

Adam, this would be sold to me by now if it weren't for that stretch of water in between..... can't you find some urgent reason to visit UK tomorrow?! Lovely bass, my all-time favourite finish. Hope you get a good price. Sigh...

Hi Mike

I would be willing to ship to the UK.

UK shipping rates (estimates):

Canada Post surface would be around £90 (who knows when it would get there); UPS could have it there by next Friday for £129 (that's using an estimate of 30 lbs and the bass shipped in the case, and the case packed in a box.)

If you wanted to not take the case, I could ship the neck and body separately, if you're not squeamish about that sort of thing! :) That should be a lot cheaper.

It's a great bass and I'm sure you would love it. I am really quite wistful about selling it but I have too many basses and I haven't really played it enough recently.

Thanks,
Adam
