this is a "middle of the road" example of where this string will go... it's just cruising here in this little 3 piece jam, and has plenty more horsepower still on tap. its the muscle car of strings... it likes to be jumped on and can really be pushed way way out there (insert jack joke here)... i m'fkin love it... a-laught. digg it here brethren:

edit: link taken down as per agreement with hq, don't complain, they were kind to let us take a peek at this project so early on. thanks brian, bp , and crew. i can't wait till these hit the shelves.

The punch from those strings sounds like you were using a pick mate, which if you were not is saying them strings is packing plenty!

Tasty little morsel for us to chew on. Dark, smokey, and you know there's something lurking around the corner.

Very cool, Craig. Now I'm hungry!

yeah, i screwed that all up.... the non literal jump from relating one type of string to an entirely different type of string was, even though theyre both strings, a clear over estimation on my part. hindsight being 10w40, i now know for certain that i shoulda gone with "holy dipsh!t" and talked about overly fragrant hats instead.

Love the aggressive but fatty tone. I played it out loud and I was telling my wife that it reminded me of Roger Water's early Pink Floydd tones. She said that she was just going to tell me the same thing. I really like the tone. I will definitely be giving these a spin.

Keep the samples a-coming!

Thanks Manfloozy!

They sound like they have some meaty zing to them. Then again, I think Mr. Young could probably make just about anything sound good.
