The envy green Ray has an issue and has to return to SLO. Ive been a bit nervous about having to send the bass acroos the country for repairs, why, I dont know. I know Jon will take good care of it.

Anyway, I had some questions and concerns about the procedure, and Scott and Aziah helped me out, to find out all the little stupid stuff I wanted to know to be more at ease.

So thanks you two. EB customer service really is great.
