it's an old trick. People in my country use it a lot. If a guy wants to sell for example Fender he enters the auction title like this : "Fender Strat (NOT Music Man , Gibson, Ibanez)". He will get more views that way

It's a bit more of a misrepresentation - that doesn't appear to be a USA Hamer. USA Hamers - at least the strat-style ones - typically don't say anything under the "Hamer" logo on the headstock. I suspect that if you blow up the headstock it will say "Slammer Series" underneath the Hamer logo, which was Hamer's first import line from the early 1990s.

I'm too lazy to translate the German, but the add appears to say this one is a USA.

It's keyword spam. eBay pulled an auction of mine for that -- it was a really nice Japanese 1970s Les Paul copy, and they pulled it because I put Les Paul in the title. Of course, everyone else gets away with it. Another example of the man keeping me down.

title is silly yes.
but he doesnt say its an US hamer at all (he only tells that he is going to sell an USA hamer in a few days)
no prob.
title spamming is forbidden on ebay and i got an auction removed when is wrote "gibson prs quality" into the title of a hamer studio custom a year ago.
