scrolling rack lights

does anyone know what the exact term is for those light bars that come as a 1U rack unit and they scroll horizontally and you can program what they say?

Anyone know a link to buy one?

Yeah, I've seen similar things designed for cars, or shop windows.

It could be kind of cool to get one and program it to say 'Don't touch the presets!!!'
