Ok here is Albert's daughter making her country debut. She is my goddaughter and I am very proud of her talent. She is a julliard classically trained Opera Singer. She could have the best voice I've heard in years.

enjoy

the best part is that you can tell she is using about 3% of whats in there. nice change from every singer using every riff they know in every verse of every song.

Yeah, when the hell did singing become like.....wanking? Was it Maria Carey that started all of this? I should have smacked her when I had the chance. "Stop that exercise and sing the TUNE."

It is absolutely WONDERFUL to hear someone just sing a damned song. And BP, you KNOW Alex was mumbling about moving to Austin....I was just saying, "There's a good idea." Of course, that pickup band she put together for that gig wasn't half bad, really.

Nice pure voice.

I'm not a fan of acrobatic singing. I agree with the others and keeping things to the tune.

Just last week we heard a singer destroy "Walking on the Moon" at the Montreal Jazz Festival in front of tens of thousands of people. Just because you can (sing elaborately), doesn't mean you should.

That is what hit me right a way - this girl has tons of headroom in that voice. Deep. Smokey. Soulful. Singing softly, but yet with power - not whispering.

Very nice - very enjoyable. I'd buy it.

Yeah dont forget the opera part she can break glass...
She is a bassist too and has a Big Al!

I am so glad the players here get it. A person intrepeting a song....I am so dang proud and all that stuff at the gift she has.

Effortless singing, just beautiful. Pure and natural. Fantastic singer. People that sing like this make bass player's jobs easy - hold a simple bottom line and let the audience soak it all in. Thanks for sharing BP.
