Hi there!
I have some setup problems that I hope you can help me with.

I noticed a few days ago that there's some buzzing when playing
the lower frets.
(Mostly on the 3-6 frets)
And if I for example bend the A-string a whole step from the
fourth fret (up to the sixth) the string just chokes!

When I play the 7th fret and upwards there's no problem at all.
No buzzing or choking no matter how crazy I play.
So I guess the neck needs a bit more bow to it right?
If I push down the low E-string on the second and twelfth fret
(as instructed per the f.a.q. webpage) there's pretty much no
space between the string and the 7th fret.
So I had a look at your f.a.q. page and surmised that I need
to turn the trussrod counter-clockwise to get more relief am
I right? (When the guitar is in the stand and I face it, I turn
the trussrod left right?)
I've been careful and only turned the trussrod a quarter turn
each time and left the guitar in its stand for more than an hour
for each turn but it doesn't seem to increase the relief that
much. (I believe I've turned the trussrod almost an entire turn
now. I'm gonna leave for the entire night now and check it in
the morning.)
Am I doing something wrong or is the trussrod broken?!

I checked the relief on my 7-string JPM and it's perfectly fine
so it's odd that my 6-string is acting up like this.

I hope you can help me out here.

Thanks in advance!
