Well, my fellow ALOC members have talked me off the ledge:D

Plus, I will be very close to graduating from UNLV at that point and my wife asked me what I would like as a present

A couple of weeks ago when Steve (SPKirby) was in town, we had a discussion about the BFR's and I was questioning if the BFR ALs would still remain southern ash. If the tone block is the major part of the BFR line are they going to use alder wings or would the AL keep that southern ash vibe going?

Oh well, I was actually awake with my little guys at 6am this morning and after taking care of thier needs (ie:diaper change on the littlest, breakfast for both) I picked up my AL and noddled around a bit. What a way to wake up

Wake n play

When is the ETA for your 'ball Foggy?

I have no idea!?
I'm guessing 2-3 weeks maybe. Whenever it gets here will be fine. After waiting this long, it doesn't really matter.
I am very excited though! Especially as the Dargie pics keep rolling out. :)

and what happens if the BFR is the same as your current AL? You never know!

If they do pinkburst for the BFR AL i'll have some tough decisions to make, so i'm hoping its different altogether from any previous AL's. I really love my pinkburst AL, it is a tone monster!

Man if they make a pinkburst BFR AL...I'm all over that no decision making for me, and it's good you decided to keep your AL Pug...I know you would have regreted it. I always think about that when i think of selling my EBMM so that's why i don't sell, and the good thing is that i have a dealer that really works with me on some great pymt plans if i want another EBMM.

Damn EBMM for creating these delicious new models.

I love my AL and felt guilty about this thread after I started it. So, I grabbed my lovely Rolls Burgundy friend and sat outside in on the porch and played for a long time. This guitar feels perfect, sounds too sweet and is dripping with tone, I will have to figure out another scenario to get a BFR. Hell, I live in Vegas maybe I can get a job as an escort;) ;) (although the wife would be a tad upset)

Not to mention the customers!
Only sell AL after you're convinced the BFR sounds feels and plays as well or better. You might be able to walk into vegas GC and demo one soon.

And change your name to Hannah ;)

Keep that AL for now Rich it's sweet...do an a/b once the BFR's start hitting stores. There should be one in Vegas at some point...
