Man, I love that color. I don't think I've ever seen a Desert Gold like the one I ordered. I'm sure they're out there but you don't see them. The closest I've seen was a seven on Ebay some time ago.

Hi Ernie!!

The pet is absolutely great! Sound is amazing, neck feels great, and the piezo is to die for!! And you gotta love the color!!

As you can see in my signature, I managed to collect a few more EBMM guitars and they're all great! I'm trying to give them all some play-time every once in a while... :)

Yep, I noticed, your collection is really shaping up, how do you feel going form model to model? Once I started playing my Pet, I could not go back to my Axises/EVH's, they just didn't feel right.

They all have a different feel to eachother, that's for sure! The neck, bodyshape, sound, etc. are all very different...

My Axis Super Sport is still my main guitar. I really like the sound of the MM90-pickups and I really like the neckshape. The neck of the Silhouette is similar to the Axis, but the Pet's neck is indeed very different, and it takes a few seconds / minutes to adjust from the Axis to the Pet, but that's OK. I like the piezo sound of the Pet better than the Axis' piezo...

Basically, I like all of my EBMM guitars and I don't play anything else anymore... I have a few Str*ts around here, which are just collecting dust... :)

How's your collection doing?? :D (Do you actually own other EBMM guitars, besides Pet's???)

Cool,

I have other EBMM's, I have some EVH's and Axises and a couple silhouettes. I actually got my bead on a mint Amberburst 1990 Silhouette with a six bolt neck. That's gonna be a nice snag.
