Could you possibly put it side-by-side with a standard JP BFR? It appears that the body is a little longer, but it might just be the neck that makes the overall appearance longer.

By the way, that looks awesome! The owner of this could quite possibly be the first forum owner of a JP Baritone. Maybe even the first owner ever, besides John Petrucci of course. I've never seen one on a store's website or anything, so I may be wrong about that.
