Hello, all!
My name is Lenny. My Silhouette HSH / 24 is 2 years old.

1. Tremolo:
- 2 bolts that hold the tremolo to the top of the body - should they be all the way down? If not - how high off the body?
- Also, even though the nut and the saddles are lubbed - the strings become sharp after using the Tremolo.... WHY?
BTW found an interesting way to tune the guitar with such tremolo systems for stability... Just search Youtube for Frudua, he has a bunch of nice video lessins on maintenance.

2. Intonation.I had adjusted the truss rod, stretched the strings, adjusted the saddles, etc,....
- Using Petersen Strobe I intonate open, 12 harmonic and 12 fretted PERFECTLY!
BUT - when I play chords up the neck (starting with 9-10 and higher) - they are out of tune.... so are the individual notes on higher frets.....

Need advice on bothe issues please!

Thank you!

Well since you asked for suggestions, that's different than HELP or having issues right? Well with the bridge, it should be level with the body...the posts should not really be too high where there is space between the front edge of the trem. Actually a suggestions I got from one of the Techs at EBMM was to put a piece of paper under that area and it should hold the paper slightly.

Intonation wise...does your Silo have the compensated nut? To resolve that issue though, I would also try to intonate the guitar based on the harmonics above the 12th fret as well. Check the intonation on the 24th fret too! Hope this helps a bit?
