It came. Yesterday. I've been playing it ever since.... took a short break to snap a couple of quick photos..... I'll do better photos later....

EB has done it again, this guitar plays and sounds like a friggin dream. The Piezo RULES!! GREAT, now I have to buy an accoustic amp. :)

The pics don't do the guitar justice, but you get the Idea! WOOOOOO!!!! One gripe..... Action is a little too high and there's a slight fret buzz.... Oh well, once it acclimates, I'll fix that, I'm sure it was just having to do with sitting in a UPS truck day by day night by night with a bunch of temp changes...... I'm going to go play it now... later.

Warg, is that the one from Chuck Levins?

Glenn |B)

Naw, I ordered this one and waited 3 painful months for it..... WELL worth the wait! The levins one doesn't have a Trem.

This is EBMM #4..... MORE!! MORE I SAY!!!! AAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGG!!!! Addictions!!!! I think I hear Luke calling....................... Way down the road though, I'll soak this baby up. Mad props to Doug (Bassplyr) on a great deal! 2nd one from him... if you get a chance, make an order with him!

Desert Gold is great. The more I look at my DG Sterling, (yes, I'm a bass player stopping by :) ), the more I love that color. Enjoy it.

I want to, and I just might.

Question, does EB always send out the guitars Tuned to Eb? or is mine a special case? Not that I mind, I like that tuning, I just think it was kind of weird.

Congrats. Just wait until you get an acoustic amp. The piezo will blow you away! I've been very happy with the Crate CA30DG, which has 30 watts of clean power. It doesn't take much because if you play through a PA, you can DI into that. Have fun!

Steve Morse is directly responsible for my interest in Music Man Guitars. When I started buying them I really wanted a Steve Morse Model but I didn't know I would have to order one to get exactly what I wanted. The y2d is only my 2nd special order MM. I am thrilled that it's getting dressed up like it is. Even though the y2d is going to be awsome, the maple board piezo trem silo like Warg's is exactly the coolest guitar on the planet IMNSHO. Just like Petrucci says, "Steve Morse is my favorite guitar player. Nobody touches Steve."
