Just got a Sil Spec (yes, the "rare" burnt apple colour ...) and I'm trying to figure out what pickups are in it. The pickguard has been replaced and I'm wondering if the pickups are original or aftermarket. (They're singles with silver covers, but the cover looks interchangable.)

They say "BSC70N1" (for the neck, M for the middle, etc.) on them. Dimarzios usually start with "DPxxxxx", so I'm guessing these aren't orginal. Plus, I can't find anything on the web. What do you think?

Thanks!

Well, the covers are not original. I am not at work until Monday, but if you bump this or Darrell adds it to my list of stuff I will check out those numbers.

Well, nevermind  I called Dimarzio directly and they're the correct pickups after all (just OEM version of the blue velvets), though the covers aren't right (and fugly).

Thanks anway!
