I dunno. It can be pretty frustrating as an international bidder on ebay. Some sellers limit the auction to the US as a default to avoid the Malaysian scam and are quite happy to ship to Europe and the UK when you ask them. Besides, there's no reason to suppose that selling within the US is any safer than selling outwith the US as long as you follow a few simple rules: payment up front, correct value declared on customs documentation, and get insurance.
