Question Silo 5 way switch wiring

Before I begin my research, is there a wiring diagram available for the four pole, five position switch used on a silo?

I'm making some mods on a new pick guard, and I'd like to see the factory wiring (i.e. which poles / sockets are connected to which pup wires) for a standard silo.
