Well I got my 20th Silo in and it is truely an amazing instrument. I cannot get over the quality, sound, and versitility this thing has. I was just wondering if the 20th and the Silo Special necks are the same? I know the specs are the same but is there anything different between the two when playing them?

I just went and played both.
In my opinion, they are very alike. There is a slight difference, but neck-wise, they are more similar than not. The 20th guitar is heavier in weight and I believe this difference changes the balance a bit and adds an illusion of difference in neck feel, when in fact they are extremely close.
I do believe that all guitar necks do have their own individuality, with slight nuances, even amongst guitars of the same model. Also, I think it is very subjective, depending on the individual player. For example, a more developed player may have a different tactile sense or touch than a beginner. Like these guitars, we all are individuals.
Having said that, these guitars do share an outstanding build quality, which really lends itself to great consistency from guitar to guitar. Hope this helps.

Whoops. My response was based on the regular Silo and the 20th. I mis-read the original question. Along with what I did state, the difference of what Larry mentioned ( 22 vs. 24 frets), does add a difference in feel.

There is a slight V--not nearly as much as the Luke--to the 20th neck I have vs. the Silo Spec which has a more rounded back.
