when you bend notes (say 2nd and 3rd at the same time, yah now like beginning of train kept arollin..aerosmith) do the rest of the strings stay in tune at the time of the bend....like the A string? my strat the A string will dip slightly lower when I bend...just curious if its a happens with all trems and if I wont be happy unless I have a hardtail so that doesnt happen....thanks....

I believe if you either add a spring or tighten the screws on the claw that holds the trem, to balance out the increase in tension, you should be OK. I'm bend happy and I have no issues with any of my trems...

Raz is right - as the trem sits flat on the body with no upbend, if you tweak the springs and increase the tension until you reach a happy medium (doesn't move when you bend strings but still is smooth to use the trem) it has all the advantages of a hardtail but you can still use the trem when required. It just takes a bit of fine adjustment to get the balance right :)

It had to happen eventually - you should print and frame this written confirmation of your being right...who knows if it will ever happen again :)
