Silo w/ "Grim Reaper" graphics...

I don't play the right kind of music for that guitar. I also don't wear the right kind of clothes. And my hair is kind of weak sauce...

I think that the claim that it's a "Factory Custom Paint" is interesting... Any mods care to comment? Night shift get antsy and start worshipping Satan a few years back maybe? Or perhaps a couple of guys from "Midnight Stallion" were moonlighting as sprayers for you when the bottom fell out of the Hair Metal market?

I do not think that is An EBMM factory finish. I was here in 1996 and there was no mention at all of any Grim Reaper graphics paint job. We would always see anything custom come out of the factory especially a finish like that. The seriel number would tell alot about that guitar.

Thanks

Derek

Grover Keys were standard for about a year back in 96. We then changed to the Schaller M-6ind tuners around early 97'.

I emailed the dude and got the serial number Derek. You said it would be interesting to know the background of the instrument.

KungFu, I like the blue color, but the custom grim reaper doesn;t look good to me at all.
Because of that He'd have to knock way more than $300 off for me to buy it.

But you could always buy it, have a repainted in some cool custom color and it migth be sweet.

Best of luck, email the dude and ask him. Make him an offer off line if he doesn't sell it. It's been on Ebay about 3 or 4 times.

Anybody notice that he has a set of grover locking keys on there too? I don't remember those being stock.

I did the same, 'cause the original tuners ( the one to use with a coin) were breaking too much strings...

for the rest...well I like the guitar but I don't know if I could pay for that...
