I remember seeing a Silo years ago with just a bridge humbucker only. I'm looking for one with either a hardtail bridge or Floyd with preferrably 24 frets. Did it have a specific model number/designation?

Since they're hard to find, another option is to find one you like the look of and replace the pickguard / rewire it for bridge pickup only.
There are ton Silo's (24 fret) on Reverb and there are some older ones with the older style floyd that EBMM use to use as well. Pickup a used one and make it your own man, lots of places make pick guards for the Silo.

I'm curious - would wiring a circuit for bridge pickup only have a significantly different tone than just leaving a pickup selector on bridge all the time? Otherwise I'm not understanding why you wouldn't want the flexibility of switching pickups at least available, even if you only ever used the bridge.

Maybe less string pull ... but sonically no difference. Simpler is better sometimes, and it would be cosmetically different.
You could go for a Sub 1 like this.

With a sensitive high inductance bridge humbucker, you will hear a considerable improvement if you physically remove the neck and middle single coils!
Rod magnet poles exert strong pull, interfering with the natural vibration of the heavier strings. After removing the neck and middle singles, you get improved tuning and intonation. You will notice improved clarity when playing distorted power chords.
I really dislike the Stratitis warble on so many HSS types. Removing the single coils is the solution. Neck position humbuckers do not have this problem because the magnet is farther away from the strings and the magnetic poles are rotated 90 degrees.

I have what I believe is the 13th silo made #86013 I don't think they decided on the name silhouette yet it only say Music Man on the head stock , it's solid red and no pick guard ,just a volume knobs and a double humbucker at the bridge , and it's loud as hell . I have never seen another one like it .

No significant tonal changes that I can detect, though that's an online can o' worms. I wired my Silo Specs with single bridge pickups simply because I don't need the additional options for what I play (and I think they look awesome). If I need a smoother tone, I'll pick near the neck pocket or switch to thumb and fingers.
And to the OP, I agree with the other Forumies...find a Silhouette, have a custom pickguard made and don't look back.
