Hey

I have to echo what everybody else said about the bash. It was a great time, with great planning, tasty food, super artist support, and plenty of adult beverages. My liver will need to take a rest until the SEMA show later this month.

You have a great crew BP, and you should be proud of your sons -- they are righteous dudes. Hope to see you guys again sometime soon.

Rex

Thought I would share a few photos:

Ah, that pickguard.

For those of you who didn't have the pleasure (?), Rex got that thing from someone and then decided it would be fun to send it to me. Not only is it a horrific color, but it seems to have been gnawed by beavers into the nearly-right shape.

It's nasty!

I tried leaving it all over the desert - the hotel, a gas station bathroom, near a cactus, but no one seemed to realize how, um, nice it was.

The next time I saw it was in the BFR room.

When I pointed it out to Dargin near the end of the night, I began to fear for his heart. He couldn't get in there fast enough!

I'm not entirely sure he saw the humor.

:D

Awesome pics Rex! I'll have to take responsibility for your custom pg making the rounds in the BFR room Saturday night........too much cerveza:D. Did anyone end up taking that thing home?

I saw that thing sitting on our table at dinner and as soon as the BFR office opened I put it on the mahogany bongo. Dargin promptly removed it, then it turned into a game. Every time I looked in the room it was on another bass - Nice job Randy! :D
