Hello, and welcome to the forum.

Knobs...neck to bridge: Volume, Pan (Magnetic pickup/Piezo pickup), Treble, Mids, Bass.
Switch positions...neck to bridge: Coils 1 and 2 in Series, Bridge coil with a Phantom coil, Coils 1 and 2 Parallel.

If your bass was made in 2008 or later, the middle switch position is Coils 1 and 2 in Series with a filter.

Those knobs adjust the individual level of each piezo saddle. The sixth is probably a master volume for the piezo bridge.
