Slightly OT: Sting cutoff. Truss adjustment?

Just changed strings on my Ibanez back to my loved D'Addario 10-46 (coming off trying Slinky Top/Hvy Bottom), and the guitar is playing like butter (full adjustment on everything) except the high E string cuts off when I bend it a full step around the 20-21st frets. Truss rod looks straight and the neck plays great everywhere else, I'm wondering what else needs to be adjusted? I'd prefer not to raise the action at all.

I ask for your ultimate wisdom, forumites!

You are talking about an Ibanez strung with D'Addario's on the Ernie Ball/Music Man forum. You really didn't think this would last did you?
